Through guided meditation you will learn how to dissolve any tension in your body. This can be acute tension and pain or even chronic tension and pain. Book a private healing session with me or if you are a group of people who want to make mindfulness a regular part of your routine you can sign up for group guided meditations.

GROUPÂ STRETCHING & MEDITATION BREAKS
Release Tension & Stress at Work
I offer 10-15 min virtual Stretching & Meditation breaks. The stretches are specifically designed for those working at a desk and the meditation component is focused on mindfulness and stress reduction.
The physical and mental benefits of this program include:
- Lower risk of injuries due to overuse
- Increased range of motion and mobility
- Release of tension in the body
- Reduction of stress
- Prevention of burnout due to stress

This short wellness break is ideally offered at least twice per week but can also be offered at a higher frequency depending on your company’s needs.
